Plugin Publishing Agreement

This dartpub Plugin Publishing Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into
between DartNative / Presence Network Inc. ("DartNative") and the account holder
publishing a plugin on dartpub.dev (the "Author"). The Author accepts this
Agreement each time the Author publishes a Plugin version. The Agreement in
force at the time of each publication governs that version.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Plugin" means the package the Author publishes through the Marketplace,
  comprising its source code, compiled artifacts, Dart bindings, README, and
  example code.
"Marketplace" means the dartpub.dev registry and its associated services
  and tooling.
"Source Repository" means the public repository, linked on the Plugin's
  Marketplace page, where the Plugin's source code is maintained.
"Production App" means an application that has crossed the Marketplace's
  production threshold and is verified as published on an app store under the
  Author's linked store developer identity.
"Program" means the Contributor program described in Section 8.

2. PUBLISHING GRANT

The Author grants DartNative a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to
host, reproduce, distribute, and promote the Plugin's published artifacts and
archived source versions (Section 6) through the Marketplace and the dn
tooling, and to display the Plugin's README and example code on the Marketplace.

3. OPEN SOURCE REQUIREMENT

3.1 Every Plugin must link a public Source Repository, and each published
version's source must be available there under one of the following licenses:
MIT, BSD 3-Clause, or Apache 2.0.

3.2 Copyleft licenses (GPL-family and similar) are not accepted: they would
impose obligations on the closed applications that link the Plugin.

3.3 Third-party components the Plugin depends on (including proprietary vendor
SDKs, declared in the Plugin's manifest) remain under their own licenses; the
open-source requirement applies to the Author's own Plugin code.

4. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

The Author retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Plugin, subject
only to the licenses granted by this Agreement and by the Plugin's own
open-source license. Nothing in this Agreement transfers copyright.

5. AUTHOR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

The Author represents and warrants that:

(a) the Author has the full right and authority to enter into this
  Agreement and to grant the licenses in Sections 2 and 6;
(b) the Plugin's published source matches the published artifacts and is
  licensed as declared under Section 3; and
(c) all third-party components are declared in the Plugin's manifest with
  their licenses, and none imposes terms incompatible with Section 3.

6. SOURCE ARCHIVAL

6.1 Archival at publish. Upon each publication, the publish tooling uploads
a snapshot of the Plugin's source for that version. The Marketplace archives
every published version — source and artifacts — and may continue to serve them
to users indefinitely, including after the Plugin is retired or the Source
Repository becomes unavailable. Applications that depend on a published version
are never broken by its disappearance.

6.2 Integrity record. The Marketplace records each snapshot's checksum and
upload timestamp; this record is the reference in attribution or provenance
disputes.

7. NAMESPACE STEWARDSHIP

Namespace allocations are bound to the Author's account and are not
transferable by the Author except through DartNative. If a Plugin is retired
or its Author becomes unreachable while applications depend on it — or the
Author asks to hand a Plugin over — DartNative may transfer stewardship of
the Plugin's Marketplace listing (its name and page) to a successor
maintainer who assumes this Agreement. The Plugin's open-source license
already permits anyone to fork and continue the code itself; this Section
concerns only the Marketplace listing.

8. CONTRIBUTOR PROGRAM

8.1 Nature. The Program is a promotional discount scheme on the
DartNative framework subscription. Its published criteria — based on measured
adoption of the Author's Plugins (Production Apps and install counts) and on the
Plugins' maintained status — apply automatically as stated on the Program page.

8.2 Benefits. Program benefits are subscription discounts and public
recognition (badges, listings). The amount of any discount is the amount stated
for that tier on the Program page at the time of renewal. Discounts apply to
the Author's next renewal; the current subscription term is not refunded or
prorated.

8.3 Organization seats. A plugin owned by an organization that meets the
Program's top tier may nominate up to two (2) organization members to receive
the same benefit, subject to DartNative's review at nomination and at each
renewal.

8.4 Reserved rights. DartNative may (i) update the Program's published
criteria with prospective effect, and (ii) withhold or revoke Program
benefits in cases of fraud or abuse (including manipulated install counts or
misrepresented store ownership). These are the only cases in which published
criteria do not apply automatically.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1 Assignment; Successors. DartNative shall not assign this Agreement
except to a successor to the Marketplace business that assumes its obligations.
This Agreement binds and benefits the parties' permitted successors and assigns.

9.2 Notices. Notices to the Author are validly given at the contact
information registered on the Author's Marketplace account; the Author is
responsible for keeping it current.

9.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable,
the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision
shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

9.4 Amendment. DartNative may publish revised terms for future publications.
The terms in force at each version's publication govern that version.

9.5 Governing Law; Venue. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws
principles. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement,
and the parties consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

9.6 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Program page it
references, is the entire agreement between the parties concerning the
publication of Plugins and supersedes prior discussions on that subject.
